Dualtron (Minimotors)
The Dualtron Victor is a dual-motor electric scooter from South Korean manufacturer Minimotors, positioned as a lighter and more portable entry in the Dualtron performance line. It pairs two 1200 W hub motors (2400 W combined nominal, rated to 4000 W peak) with a 60 V, 30 Ah (1800 Wh) battery built from 21700-format cells, which the brand has described as the first Dualtron to adopt this larger cell size. Manufacturer figures list a top speed of up to 80 km/h and a range of up to 90 km, while independent track testing by Rider Guide recorded 73.2 km/h and 63.2 km on a single charge. The Victor rides on 10-inch pneumatic wheels with a relatively short wheelbase, hydraulic disc brakes at both ends with electronic ABS and regenerative braking, and adjustable rubber-cartridge suspension front and rear. The frame folds at the stem and the handlebars fold inward, and at roughly 33.5 kg it is among the lighter scooters in its performance class. Riders should note that source figures for the wheel construction (tubeless versus tubed) and weather sealing (a claimed IPX5 rating versus reviewer reports of no effective IP rating) are not fully consistent across the manufacturer and independent testers.
