Hiley
Hiley (Hiley Technology Inc., also recorded as Ningbo Hiley Technology Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese electric-scooter maker founded in 2016. Its own R&D and manufacturing are based in Ningbo; it is a genuine manufacturer rather than a rebadger of third-party platforms. The entire consumer lineup sits under a single Tiger series; sales run through official stores in the USA (Hiley Mobility) and Europe (shipping from Poland), dealer networks and regional storefronts, including Eastern Europe.
The number in a name (8/9/10) historically denotes wheel diameter in inches, V4/V5 the platform generation, GT/GTR the trim level, LR/VLR the bigger-battery long-range versions. The performance ladder, per the maker’s official comparison table: Tiger EVO (commuter, 52 V) → Tiger EVO GTR (dual-motor commuter) → Tiger 10 V5 (mid-range, 60 V) → Tiger Supra (long-range, 60 V, 11-inch wheels) → Tiger King RS (flagship, 72 V). Tiger Max is a legacy entry line absent from current stores. Supra variants differ only by battery capacity (31.5 / 35 / 40 / 45 Ah) — the maker itself uses no separate trim names for them.
In April 2026 Hiley announced its next flagship, the Tiger King XS (dual 3200 W motors with an 8400 W peak, a 72 V 40 Ah pack on Samsung 21700 cells), positioned above the Tiger King RS; speed and range figures have not been disclosed yet. In May 2026 the Tiger Supra gained the largest battery option of the series — a 45 Ah Samsung pack. The EVO and EVO GTR lines received a controls refresh (a King-RS-style 7-key pad), a lighter rectangular display and CST tires. The brand’s signature traits remain: IPX6/IPX7 water protection, NUTT hydraulic brakes, adjustable hydraulic suspension and NFC unlock. Worth knowing: independent testing consistently measures real-world figures below the headline claims — for example, the King RS was GPS-verified at 51 mph against a claimed 56 mph.
