F2

The Segway Ninebot F2 series is the entry-and-mid section of Segway's commuter kick-scooter line, sitting below the Max G2 and SuperScooter GT range. It spans several trims that share a 10-inch self-sealing tubeless wheelset, a folding aluminium stem and Ninebot-app connectivity, but differ in motor power and top speed. The lead variant documented here is the F2 Pro: a single front-hub motor rated 450 W nominal and 900 W peak draws from a fixed 36 V / 12.8 Ah (460 Wh) lithium-ion pack. Segway quotes a top speed near 32 km/h and a maximum range of about 55 km under ideal conditions; independent road tests record roughly 26-31 km in mixed real-world riding. The base F2 trim drops to a 350 W motor (700 W peak), an 18 mph (about 29 km/h) ceiling and a smaller 367 Wh pack, and notably omits suspension entirely. Across the family the chassis carries a front mechanical disc brake paired with a rear electronic regenerative (E-ABS) brake, an LCD dashboard, LED lighting with turn indicators and a horn, and IPX5 splash protection. The F2 Pro adds a front spring suspension fork with roughly 35 mm of travel, which reviewers single out as the trim's defining comfort feature. App integration covers ride modes, cruise control, firmware updates, an alarm and Apple Find My location tracking on iOS.
