Sst

The Weped SST is an extreme hyper-class electric scooter built by South Korean maker Weped for top-end, track-oriented riding rather than commuting. Twin BLDC hub motors deliver roughly 33,000 W combined peak output (about 16,500 W per wheel) and have carried the scooter to a GPS-verified top speed near 130 km/h (about 78 mph). Power comes from a 72 V 45 Ah (3,240 Wh) Samsung 21700 battery pack, placing the SST in the same large-capacity tier as the heaviest hyper-scooters; reviewers report up to roughly 96 km (60 mi) of careful eco-mode range, dropping to around 48 km (30 mi) in mixed riding and far less at sustained high speed. Stopping is handled by Weped-branded hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors and ABS on both wheels. The chassis uses an adjustable spring-loaded front linkage and a rear shock absorber, with go-kart-style natural-rubber tubeless tyres on 11-inch wheels. There is no LCD dashboard — only a voltmeter and a mode key for ECO and TURBO — and no manufacturer app. At about 60 kg the SST is genuinely heavy and is not intended to be carried or used as a daily portable scooter.
