DUALTRON
Dualtron Victor
SKU: SCT-DTVIC-001
Description
The Dualtron Victor is a dual-motor electric scooter from South Korean manufacturer Minimotors, positioned as a lighter and more portable entry in the Dualtron performance line. It pairs two 1200 W hub motors (2400 W combined nominal, rated to 4000 W peak) with a 60 V, 30 Ah (1800 Wh) battery built from 21700-format cells, which the brand has described as the first Dualtron to adopt this larger cell size. Manufacturer figures list a top speed of up to 80 km/h and a range of up to 90 km, while independent track testing by Rider Guide recorded 73.2 km/h and 63.2 km on a single charge. The Victor rides on 10-inch pneumatic wheels with a relatively short wheelbase, hydraulic disc brakes at both ends with electronic ABS and regenerative braking, and adjustable rubber-cartridge suspension front and rear. The frame folds at the stem and the handlebars fold inward, and at roughly 33.5 kg it is among the lighter scooters in its performance class. Riders should note that source figures for the wheel construction (tubeless versus tubed) and weather sealing (a claimed IPX5 rating versus reviewer reports of no effective IP rating) are not fully consistent across the manufacturer and independent testers.

Model history
The Victor was introduced by Minimotors as a more compact and portable member of the Dualtron family, trading the extreme power of the Thunder and Ultra for a lighter, more manageable chassis. Rider Guide highlighted it as the first Dualtron to use LG 21700 battery cells, which offer higher energy density than the 18650 cells used in earlier models. A later Gen 2 revision and higher-capacity Limited and Luxury variants expanded the lineup with revised electronics and larger battery packs.

Pros & cons
Pros
- Compact, foldable frame that is light for a dual-motor performance scooter
- Strong, smooth dual-motor acceleration with high rated top speed
- Sharp cornering and short stopping distances praised by independent reviewers
- Hydraulic disc brakes at both wheels plus electronic ABS and regen
- Adjustable rubber-cartridge suspension on front and rear
Cons
- Short deck offers limited room for foot placement during hard throttle
- Reviewers report weak weather sealing despite the claimed IPX5 rating
- Stock low-mounted headlight is widely seen as inadequate for night riding
- Taller riders typically need aftermarket handlebar risers for comfort
- Source specs disagree on wheel construction and exact IP rating
Verdict
The Dualtron Victor targets riders who want Dualtron-grade dual-motor performance and handling in a lighter, more transportable package. Its agility, braking and folding design are its strengths, while the short deck, modest stock lighting and inconsistent weather-sealing claims are the main trade-offs to weigh.
