Model history
The Tiger line is the main scooter series of Hiley (Ningbo Hiley Technology Co., Ltd.), an electric-scooter maker founded in 2016 and based in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, China. Hiley designs and manufactures its own scooters and sells them internationally through regional distributors in the United States, Europe and North America. The Tiger range spans compact urban commuters (Tiger MAX, Tiger 8/10, Tiger Evo) up to high-power dual-motor models with hydraulic suspension (Tiger Supra and the flagship Tiger King RS).

Pros & cons
Pros
- Positioned as the long-range (LR) member of the Tiger 10 V4 generation, with a manufacturer-claimed range of around 90 km aimed at riders who prioritise distance per charge.
- Dual-motor drivetrain rated at 3000W peak places it in the high-power performance tier rather than the entry commuter class.
- Manufacturer-stated top speed of up to 70 km/h gives ample headroom for open-road and longer-distance riding.
- Sold through regional distributors, so a buyer already inside that distribution network may find it easier to source than grey-import-only models.
- Fits the upper-performance, distance-oriented slot of a clearly tiered Tiger lineup that spans compact commuters up to flagship hyper-scooters.
Cons
- The ~90 km range, 70 km/h top speed and 3000W peak figures are optimistic manufacturer claims and have not been independently verified for this exact V4 LR variant.
- This specific variant has no dedicated hands-on third-party review; published independent testing covers other Tiger models (e.g. the Tiger 10 V5), not the V4 LR.
- As a lesser-known Chinese brand sold via regional distributors, after-sales support, spare parts and warranty handling depend heavily on the local distributor rather than a broad service network.
- High-power dual-motor scooters in this class are typically heavy and bulky, which limits portability and carrying up stairs — confirm the shipping weight before purchase.
- No published IP-protection, brake-type or suspension data is independently confirmed for this variant, so wet-weather and stopping performance can’t be assessed from third-party tests.
Verdict
The Tiger 10 V4 LR is the long-range configuration of the V4 generation, leaning on a high range claim and dual-motor power to suit riders who value distance and open-road speed over compactness. Within the broader Tiger lineup it sits in the upper-performance, distance-focused band — above the lightweight commuters but below the flagship hyper-scooters. Because independent testing exists only for other Tiger models, treat its headline figures as manufacturer claims and weigh distributor support availability in your region.
