The Tiger line is the main scooter series of Hiley (Ningbo Hiley Technology Co., Ltd.), an electric-scooter maker founded in 2016 and based in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, China. Hiley designs and manufactures its own scooters and sells them internationally through regional distributors in the United States, Europe and North America.
