SEGWAY
Segway Ninebot Max G2
SKU: SCT-SGMG2-001
Description
The Segway Ninebot Max G2 is the successor to the best-selling Ninebot Max G30, built around a single rear hub motor rated at 450 W nominal and 1000 W peak. Its defining upgrade over the original is full suspension — a hydraulic shock at the front and dual adjustable springs at the rear — paired with 10-inch self-sealing tubeless tyres for a notably smooth ride. A 36 V, 15.3 Ah (551 Wh) lithium-ion pack gives a manufacturer-claimed range of 69.2 km (43 mi), though independent testers measure roughly 43-56 km in normal riding. Stopping combines a front drum brake with an electronic rear brake, and a full-colour dashboard plus Bluetooth app round out the package. The trade-off for all this comfort is mass: at 24.3 kg it is one of the heavier commuter scooters in its class.

What reviewers say
-
The full suspension and larger pneumatic tires eat up inconsistencies on the road. It has a best-in-class range of 35.1 miles.
TechGearLab -
I was floored by how smooth this new suspension is. The Max G2 had a tested range of 26.6 miles against the original Max’s record-setting 21.6 miles.
Electric Scooter Guide -
The Segway Ninebot Max G2 is the most comfortable electric scooter I’ve ever tested. The G2 isn’t exactly lightweight.
