Description
VSETT 10+ - The Refined Zero 10X Successor
The VSETT 10+ is a dual-motor performance scooter built around two 1400W hub motors and a 60V 20.8Ah LG battery (1248 Wh in the base configuration). Advertised at up to 80 km/h in Sport mode, independent testing by Rider Guide measured a real-world top speed near 70 km/h, with the base battery covering roughly 65 km in dual-motor use.
It rides on 10x3-inch pneumatic tyres with adjustable spring and hydraulic suspension front and rear, and stops via dual hydraulic disc brakes with electronic ABS. A QS-S4 throttle display, NFC key-lock and integrated turn signals round out the package; there is no companion smartphone app. IP54 water resistance covers light wet-weather riding.
VSETT designed the 10+ as a direct evolution of the Zero 10X, addressing its predecessor’s weak stem and folding latch. Reviewers consistently praise the stiffer stem, build quality and ride comfort while noting that, at around 35.5 kg, it is a heavy machine to carry. Larger 25.6Ah and 28Ah battery variants are also offered for riders who want more range.

Model history
VSETT is an electric-scooter brand launched in 2020 by a team with roots in the Zero/Falcon PEV lineage, and the 10+ was conceived as a direct successor to the popular Zero 10X. It refreshed that platform with a redesigned stem, a stiffer folding mechanism and updated electronics. The 10+ sits in the mid-to-upper performance tier and competes against machines such as the Kaabo Mantis and Apollo Phantom.

Pros & cons
Pros
- Strong dual-motor acceleration and a near-70 km/h real-world top speed
- Comfortable ride from 10“ pneumatic tyres and dual adjustable suspension
- Reliable dual hydraulic disc brakes with electronic ABS
- Notably stiffer stem and folding latch than the Zero 10X it replaces
- Multiple battery options (20.8/25.6/28Ah) for different range needs
Cons
- Heavy at about 35.5 kg, making it awkward to carry or lift into a car
- Top speed far exceeds legal limits for road or path use in most regions
- Slow charging - roughly 10 hours on the stock single charger
- No companion smartphone app; settings are limited to the QS-S4 display
- IP54 rating only suits light wet weather, not heavy rain or submersion
Verdict
The VSETT 10+ is a polished, comfortable dual-motor performer that fixes the main weaknesses of the Zero 10X it descends from. Its weight, slow stock charging and lack of an app are the usual trade-offs for this class, but reviewers rate it among the more refined scooters in its segment.
