BEGODE
Begode MSP
SKU: EUC-BGMSP-001
Description
The Begode MSP, marketed as the MSuper Pro (and sometimes styled Master Series Pro), is a 19-inch high-voltage electric unicycle that Gotway/Begode positioned as the successor blend of the MSuper X street wheel and the off-road-capable Nikola platform. It runs a 100V system with an 1800Wh battery built from LG 21700 cells, driving a single 2500W hub motor. The MSP was sold in two motor tunes: a High Torque (C38) version geared for acceleration and hill-climbing with roughly a 60 km/h ceiling, and a High Speed (C30) version that traded some low-end grunt for a higher no-load top speed near 70 km/h. With a wide ~3-inch 19-inch tire and no suspension, it leaned on tire volume rather than a shock for comfort, making it a versatile do-everything wheel for commuting, trail riding and fast cruising. It carries dual headlights, front and rear LED lighting, Bluetooth speakers and a telescopic trolley handle, and pairs over Bluetooth with companion apps for telemetry and speed-tilt settings. The MSP was a transitional model: its DNA fed directly into the later Begode RS, which kept the same chassis but added internal structural fixes, larger pedals and a handle-mounted motor cut-off switch.
Highlights
- 100V / 1800Wh battery using LG 21700 cells for strong sustained power and a claimed 80-130 km range
- Single 2500W hub motor offered in High Torque (C38) and High Speed (C30) tunes
- 19-inch wheel with a wide ~3-inch tire for stability and light off-road capability
- Top speed around 60 km/h (High Torque) and up to ~70 km/h no-load on the High Speed variant
- Dual headlights, front/rear LEDs, Bluetooth speakers and a telescopic trolley handle
- Replaceable bolt-on shell panels praised by owners for durability after falls
Model history
Released around 2020, the MSP (MSuper Pro) sat at the top of Gotway/Begode’s lineup as the evolution of the hugely popular MSuper X, folding in the heavier-duty traits of the Nikola line. It became iconic as one of the defining 100V street/trail wheels of the early-2020s EUC boom, prized for the combination of power, flotation and reliability in its class. Its chassis and electronics were carried forward almost directly into the Begode RS, cementing the MSP as the platform that bridged the MSuper era and Begode’s later naming.

Pros & cons
Pros
- Strong 100V powertrain with good acceleration and hill-climbing, especially in High Torque trim
- Wide 19-inch tire delivers a stable, planted ride on road and light trails
- Large 1800Wh battery enables long-range touring between charges
- Durable, easily serviceable shell with replaceable bolt-on panels
- Buyer choice of High Torque or High Speed motor to match riding style
Cons
- No suspension, so it relies entirely on tire volume to absorb bumps
- Heavy at roughly 24 kg, which makes carrying and curb-lifting tiring
- No proper info display; riders depend on a phone app for telemetry
- Early units shared Gotway/Begode’s reputation for variable quality control
- Discontinued and superseded by the RS, so new spares and support are limited
Verdict
The Begode MSP was a benchmark 100V do-everything wheel of its generation: powerful, long-legged and stable, with the main compromises being its weight and the absence of suspension. As a now-discontinued model it is best understood as a milestone bridging the MSuper and RS lines rather than a current purchase.
What reviewers say
-
The RS speed version’s acceleration is better than both the MSX 100v and the MSP speed, though only slightly slower than the MSP torque.
Freshly Charged (Begode RS19 review) -
The MSP was among the best for technical performance, flotation, reliability and appearance in its market segment.
